Integrated ergonomic design
Maximum productivity - minimum fuss. The WS features one simple touch screen that controls both the wrapping and weighing cycles. The operator simply selects a PLU and tray size and places the tray on the in feed. While one tray is being wrapped, the next can be weighed, speeding up the operation. The entire machine – from loading area to outfeed to printer aperture - is designed to minimise operator movement and fatigue.
Compact size
More for less: the WS gives you big output from a small footprint of less than one metre square, including the touch screen display and the infeed. The WS25 will weigh and print at a rate of 25 packs per minute and its ergonomic design ensures operators can easily maintain this level of production.
Easy to use and integrate
One PLU selection recalls all the product information needed to wrap the pack perfectly. Both the WS and WA have the same graphical user interface and electronic data interface so can be used in one store with little or no staff training. The same back office interface and applications control the complete range of pre-pack systems, as well as all of the Avery Berkel counter scales.
